its normally caused by fine air bubbles passing through your pump.

Yeah, give it a few days and it should settle down as the bubbles get trapped in your reservoir

hi, I found that if you add a water wetter agent (sold here) and also turn the pump off and on when it starts to make the sound it quiets down within about 2mins. If you don't turn the pump off and on then it takes about 10mins but thats for my system. The only probs with water wetters is that some of them stain your pipes.
JGG Sorry for the thinggy but i thought it was cool and i couldn't help playing |

when you leak tested the kit, did u drain the system/diconnect pipes?
could it not be the pump has that much suction that it's sucking air from the res and into the system? i had this on my bayres, and ended up using all 4 ports (reduce suction at the bayres end) and using a Y-peice to join 'em back up. how you got it all piped up?? maybe pump is sucking trapped air from the rad? -------------------- Gaming PC: Asus P5E x38 | Q6600@ 3.5ghz, 1.375v | Gigabyte 9800gx2 | 4gb OCZ PC6400&PC8500 | raid0 320gb | FuZion & PA120.2 | w7 x64

well the res has two sides to it...one where the water is going back in which is just off top of res and the other which leads to the pump...this side is almost touching the top so i dont think its a case of trappeed air...the flow of water seems to be going in right direction and that...hmmmmmm

its water trapped just before the pump goes in, usually behind the barb or something, if u squeeze each section of tube for about 3/4 seconds, moving round the loop, repeating every now and again that usually gets most of them
i dont know if this is recommeded but i do it -------------------- PC: Windows 7 64 | Intel E6400 | Abit IP35 Pro | 4Gb Supertalent DDR2 | ATi 4850

air gets trapped everywhere, when i do mine, i disconect the prommie, fill it up then turn it in all directions shaking it, then give all the pipes a flic with ya finger near the joints and squeeze then and that like jelly sed.
Just sounds like ya have a lil air getting through your pump, takes me bout 10 minutes of shaking it around to finall get all the air out, but if ya do it right at first it stops them annoying squelching noises now and again. -------------------- Intel Duo E6850 @ stock - Mach Cooled
