Benchmarking section rulesThis section is intended for constructive postings concerning benchmarking. If you want some help improving your scores, this is the section in which to seek it. Likewise, if you want to share your latest achievement in here, feel free to do so. However please note that, due to the nature of benchmarking, all requests for help or statements of (or links to) benchmark results achieved should be accompanied by a full system specification including, in addition to detailed hardware information, CPU/GPU/FSB/HTT speeds, memory timings, CPU/GPU/memory/chipset voltages, CPU/GPUcooling methods used, OS version and chipset/graphics driver version used in achieving your stated benchmark result. Any and all posts not listing such information will be removed.

Okay guys, time to make this fun, I think it's time we had out own little league table in for 3dmark 2k1 and 2k3 as some of the orb scores are getting too silly for any of us to hit, it'll get some nice competition going here on what you guys can get and then it'll give you more realistic scores to aim for and make you all feel good when you go up a place or two and just think what you'll feel like if you hit the top slot.
Now all scores can be added directly by yourselves by going here, now all scores need to be verified by either me, [O-CuK]Marci, or [O-CuK]Rockin' first before they will appear on the website. You can post in this thread to let us know that you have added your score, then we will check it and authorise it. You also need to make sure that your forum username is in the description and either over-clock.com or O-CuK are in there too when submitting your score on the ORB. Failure to do both and score will not be approved. Please note only 1 score per system is allowed, different cpu/gpu combinations are fine and you can have as many variants as you want, but if you just upped fsb or gpu speed then old score will be deleted to just show fastest with each machine. Rules Change from 1 March 04, only people who are members on the forum (e.g. 20 posts plus) can join this, this was set up for the people from the forums to compare themselves to their friends on here, but we seem to be getting people either just posting up scores who have never been here before or joining the forums just so the can put up a score without posting anything - the front page will change to reflect this  If you want to view the current league go here -------------------- Just remember case modding is like sex, 'it will always fit no matter what they say, it just takes a little work sometimes'

Yep a real good idea Southboy .Not sure my rigs up for the top ten but it will as you say be more realistic scores to aim for :cool:

my 3d mark score isnt amazing but would love to see how it pans out against you lot so i could maybe get some tips on upping it slightly, great idea!

It might be worth checking out MadMark that's being used for the XS GPU clocking competition, could be handy for the scoreboard.

Doesn't matter about categories - if you stick a score in you will be amongst those with similar hardware - thats what I was trying to say a couple of posts up ^^
